The End of Course pass rates also suggest a preference for the female lawyer or English teacher and a slight preference for the female doctor, if she didn’t go to school in Richmond.
You may remember that the large Richmond population of economically disadvantaged students imposes about a 5% penalty on the Richmond SOL pass rates. Unfortunately, adding that much to these Richmond numbers does not affect the recommendations.
